Content Guidelines

I don’t feel comfortable doing any form of NSFW content.Suggestive and lewd projects are fine, but I prefer not to do anything explicit.I also am not comfortable with working on any form of ASMR content.If you’re not sure if your project is within these definitions, please feel free to ask and I’d be more than happy to discuss my boundaries further.

Project Refusal and Cancellation

I reserve the right to, for any reason, to decline working on a project or a specific aspect of a project.This could be a single thing from an otherwise perfectly fine package (e.g., you bought a bundle of short form edits and I'm not comfortable with one of the requested clips), in which case I will try my best to work with you to find something to take the place of the refused content.I also reserve the right to cancel a project at any time given an appropriate reason.

Revisions and Changes

If upon project completion, or throughout the duration of a project's workflow, there are minor things you would like changed, altered, or otherwise revised, I have no issue doing so within reason.Anything minor such as:- Spelling adjustments,
- Simple effects (zooms or pans)
- Removing portions of content
- Are always available and included in initial pricing.Major changes such as:- Animation,
- Custom graphics,
- Adding large sections (more clips/longer run time)Do not incur an additional charge, but are not infinite.Any and all projects are purchased under the assumption of a maximum of 3 revisions that would be considered Major.

Credit

I require credit to be given somewhere alongside the work itself.Things such as tagging me on Twitter or TikTok, or linking to my website or twitter in the description or reply to a post, are perfectly fine.In larger projects like full length videos, I will normally include my own credits somewhere non-intrusive at the beginning or end of the video.Even if this is present, credit as described earlier is still a requirement.

Pricing, Payment(s), and Refunds

Absolutely no work on a project will begin until some form of payment has been made.For anything priced UNDER $100, I require the full payment up front in a single invoice (for processing reasons).Anything Over $100 can be discussed as split payments if need be.Work will not begin on a project until a minimum of 50% of the total price has been paid.Under no circumstances will a final product be delivered before full payment is completed.Watermarked versions will be sent for notes and approval, once the final payment has gone through, watermarks will be removed.In the case of shortform bundles, only the amount paid for will be delivered at any given time (e.g., if you've paid half the price of a bundle of 30, you will only be given 15 until the rest has been paid for).

Invoices

When it comes to invoicing, I primarily use Stripe.Unlike some other services, Stripe requires a debit or credit card for payment.If an alternative service is needed, I am more than happy to accommodate.Once work has begun on a project, it is non-refundable.
If work has not yet begun, a full refund can be requested.

Usage of My Work

Under no circumstances may you claim my work as your own.While the content in the edit may be yours, the edit itself is my work.Additionally, you may freely distribute any content I have made for you so long as it is not edited further without direct discussion and permission, edited by someone other than me without permission, or being resold in any way not discussed and agreed upon.I reserve all rights to use the things I've worked on as promotional material and portfolio examples, during, before, and after project completion.If a request is made not to publish any details of a project until a specific time, I will respect it.All videos, assets, and animations that I make for you, unless it is directly specified otherwise, are solely for you to use them.You may not distribute them for use by others in livestreams, videos, or else wise without my permission.YOU MAY NOT use my work in relation whatsoever to any blockchain technologies such as crypto, NFT, or other related technologies for any reason.This includes usage by or for NFTubers.YOU MAY NOT use my work in relation whatsoever to AI generative software such as ChatGPT or Midjourney.
